Charles castle
Charles Hradek is the only monument of Charles IV. in South Bohemia.
Ruins hunting residence of Charles IV. since 2018 the property of Hluboka nad Vltavou, which launched rescue and restoration.
The building is located near the cycle track Purkarec (Czech Budejovice - Hluboka nad Vltavou - Purkarec) and the Vltava River (where the pier is located a stop here and cruises). You may know him also as Karlshaus or just Hradek. It stands on a wooded promontory above the left bank of the Vltava River. Huge walls, ramparts and moats represents the original mission of the castle.

The prospect Baba
Baba prospect is beautiful view of the river Vltava and near Hluboka and local branch. At the very prospect leads slightly more difficult route along the red tourist trail up the hill just past one of the local branch, where until now bred animals.

Park Hluboká
Park Hluboká is one of the largest places for active leisure and family entertainment in South Bohemia. It is located close to the Vltava River and the popular cycling path connecting České Budějovice with Hluboká nad Vltavou.
The pleasant surroundings offer a great combination of movement, fun and relaxation for visitors of all ages. Families with children will appreciate the children's rope playground and other fun attractions, while older visitors can try the larger rope courses of the adventure park or the climbing walls.
A popular attraction is the 18-hole adventure mini golf course, set in a scenic environment with ponds, small streams and greenery, providing enjoyable entertainment for both children and adults.
Visitors can also use beach volleyball courts, a workout zone, table tennis, trampolines and a cooling mist area. The park also offers a restaurant, café and cocktail bar with an outdoor terrace.
Guests can also take advantage of the sports equipment rental, where paddleboards, kayaks, pedal paddleboards, a small motor boat, scooters or e-bikes are available. Near the river there is also a pier with the possibility of mooring.
For those who enjoy swimming, there is a sandy beach with access to the Vltava River and a swimming pier, offering a refreshing place to relax during the summer months.
