Týn nad Vltavou - Kořensko Dam and back
The boat Pálava offers sightseeing cruises from Týn nad Vltavou along the confluence of the Vltava and Lužnice rivers towards the Kořensko dam and, in favourable conditions, also via the lock below the Hněvkovice dam. Cruises are ideal for families, groups and individuals who want to experience the Vltava from a different perspective.
Routes and variants of sightseeing cruises:
- Short route to the confluence of the Vltava and Lužnice rivers (approx. 30 minutes)
- Medium route to the Kořensko dam and back (approx. 55 minutes)
- Experience cruise through the Hněvkovice lock (approx. 120 minutes)
Cruises start and end in Týn nad Vltavou.
Operating periods and information:
- June:
- 1-15 June: cruises on weekdays only for booked groups
- from 15 June: cruises every day except Mondays
- July - August: daily operation according to the timetable
- September: the ship Pálava operates in the area of Hluboká nad Vltavou
- Note: Cruises take place only in good weather
- Due to the changing level of the Orlík hydroelectric power station, the route may be changed (e.g. the Hněvkovice chamber) - we recommend checking in advance
